I serve business executives worldwide who have no use for average results. My calling is to solve problems in depth, with efficient solutions and outcomes that stand the test of time—no snake oil, no smoke screens. Since 2011, I have been providing my business & management consulting services, business development, branding (including brand management and customer experience), industrial product design, user interaction design, and various other mission-critical services as the principal of the idéemarque agency. Usability work, Human Interface Guidelines, ergonomics and human-computer interaction are part of my blood. As an interaction designer, I have contributed in this fashion to dozens of computer software applications projects.

Bug reports

My continued involvement in Free and Open Source software has made me file hundreds of bug reports and thousands of comments on various pieces of software that I have used and loved. Over time, I have involved myself in bug triaging to ease the developers' task. My bug reports are scattered over the web, but are for the most part contained in:
